Following the G20 #Summit in Rome (30-31 October) and the COP26 Climate Change Conference in Glasgow (1-12 November), numerous heads of state and international organization, as well as business leaders and representatives of global civil society, gather in Paris from 11 to 13 November for the fourth edition of the Paris Peace Forum. The 2021 Paris Peace Forum is dedicated to addressing #global #governance gaps. Participants will bring #ideas and concrete answers to the #challenges threatening the response to the #pandemic crisis and inclusive #economic recovery for all. As is the case each year, several heads of state will attend the Forum alongside Emmanuel Macron. Heads of international organizations such as WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus and IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva are also among the speakers. In addition to many international civil society activists, the event will gather celebrities such as Oscar- winning actor and UNESCO Special Envoy for Peace and Reconciliation Forest Whitaker, as well as leaders of large multinational companies including Brad Smith (Microsoft) and Ajay Banga (Mastercard).
