“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is #progress, and working together is #success.” This famous quote attributed to Henry Ford (1863-1947) and Edward Everett Hale (1822-1909) remains as relevant as ever in the context of climate #action.
In these times of #uncertainty let’s not forget our #planet is in #crisis. Environmental changes are accelerating and their #impact is #spreading all over the world. All we need is a collective #action, a global approach in a face of a #challenge which concerns each and everyone.
The Scientific Symposium : From Arctic to Antarctic, organised by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, with the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research and the International Arctic Science Committee in collaboration with the Oceanographic Institute aiming to recommit and strengthen our ability to overcome the planetary crisis of climate change, nature and biodiversity loss, and pollution and waste in polar regions and beyond.
On behalf of MonAsia Association we would like to express our gratitude for the invitation to this historic event marked by signing of Memorandum of Understanding of the Polar Initiative and congratulate for the high level of organization and the professionalism which made it possible to gather so many different experts and offer numerous solutions to protect and enhance resilience of the ecosystems to climate change which can benefit countries and stakeholders all over the world.
