Have you ever tried to take a #zero-emission journey or at least a #minimum emission trip? Sounds challenging but possible especially if you use an all #electric vehicle to achieve your destination. In our case, it was Porsche Taycan which turned to be very comfortable for driving in #Piedmont, Italy. By the way, what do you know about this land? White #truffles, #tomatoes, peaches, hazelnuts, #Nutella, #Barbaresco, Barolla, family-owned restaurants and wine-cellars, #UNESCO heritage, homemade breadsticks... however, it is a complex and unique ecosystem with the extraordinary variety of #plants and crops. Evidently here #sustainability is a priority. We understood it after the exchange with the locals living in this region. They are struggling to come up with feasible #solutions that both protect their artistic and natural treasures and make tourists feel welcome for decades into the future by #solar panels installation, espousing a philosophy of sustainable agriculture, which aims to preserve the vitality of the land while at the same time reaping its fruits etc...every detail is considered. Obviously this example has to be followed everywhere on our planet as every region is precious.
